NH-95 is made up of two group tenderizing knives and two group activation wheels.
The distance between two groups of knives shaft is adjustable.
Activation wheels make the meat fiber loosen and soft; tenderizing knives make the diced meat to increase surface several times, and not destroy the size of diced meat. The efficiency of souse can be raised and the rate of manufacture can be improved. Meat sructure will be improved.
